We currently ship across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days depending on location, via trusted courier partners with full tracking.
Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options are available at checkout.
International shipping will be introduced as AKAY expands beyond India.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every AKAY piece to be one you keep for years — not one you return within days. If something isn't right, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
